  Stranger Things  I can analyse from the 8 minute trailer of stranger things is that first of all the costumes tells a big part. This is because we can see in the beginning that there is a scientist with some type of laboratory outfit. I can infer from this that they are working on a very hidden and important project inside their facility. As well as, it showed 4 boys in casual clothes which creates a settle and calm atmosphere for the audience. Since, its not all your face all the time. Secondly, through the type of lighting in the trailer, it has a range of different settings included that contrasts a multicoloured background. As an Example, There was a constant flash of light in the corridor of the laboratory. The tone of this is really dim and overwhelming feeling for the audience and it was dark at times when it was going downhill.   Denotation There is a little boy which is living in rough conditions and also drinking water which isn't cleaned in a while. In Addition, the walls dont look really improved nor developed as it looks like its made out of wood. Connotation The advert shows sympathy towards young children in certain areas around the world that are gifted with right needs and supplies to live a normal and healthy life. So from this it promotes help from people to eventually give these poor children a sip of fresh water. The bright use of  blue contrasts the number showing it in full detail. Analysis The advert shows the audience that actions speak louder than words, ultimately if many people contribute to this cause. Children in these severe places wont experience this again. As water for these children are in bad conditions and drinking it will affect their health physically and mentally.
